Reservation of re-examinations is a principle to ensure smooth medical treatment. If it is not for an first examination, please make reservations before arriving at Kuma Hospital. If you come without a reservation, please be aware that the waiting time may be longer.
Outpatient receiving times
8:30-12:00 （Examination start times 9:00）Mon～Sat
12:00-16:00 （Examination start times 13:00 ）Mon～Sat ※Thursday until 14:00
* Please be aware that no examinations are performed on the 2nd Saturday in each month.
■No examination days: Sundays, holidays, 2nd Saturday in each month
- If receiving a test before the examination, please come to Kuma Hospital one hour before the scheduled time.
- Persons reserving examinations at 9 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. may check in from 7:45 a.m.
What To Bring
Examination card
Persons receiving examinations should always be sure to bring an examination card. If lost or damaged, it can be re-issued. (For a fee of 100 yen)
Proof of insurance
We will check insurance once each month. If there is a change in your insurance due to retirement or change of employment, etc., please inform us of this change. Come to the General Reception on the 1st floor for reception or change of your insurance. If you forget your proof of insurance, you may have to pay the full fee.

If you need diagnoses or other verification documents, please contact the doctor.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside all facilities. Thank you for your cooperation.
Cell phones and PHS
Out of consideration for the effect on medical equipment, and manners in public places, we ask that you shut off the power to cell phones in examination rooms, test rooms, and waiting lounges.
In consideration of patient safety and convenience, cell phone conversation areas are established on and limited to the landings by the outpatient elevator on the 1st to 3rd floors.
